Terms and Conditions for embroidered gifts.

Orders are normally dispatched within a few days, but at busy periods this may be a little longer, so please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If timing is crucial, please ring and we can give you an estimate of how long it will take.

Please note that while we are happy to replace goods if the workmanship is not up to our usual high standard, we are unable to refund or exchange personalised goods, if it is simply not to the recipients taste.

All orders have a postage charge of £2.95, and will be sent by First Class Post.
Large orders are sent by Recorded Delivery, but we still only charge you £2.95.

All items are gift wrapped in tissue paper.
